Policy

Due to the nature of research peptides and chemicals, all sales are final.

However, we offer replacement options in limited cases.

All Sales Final

Because our Products are sensitive laboratory materials:

  • We cannot accept returns

  • We cannot offer refunds after an order is placed

This is to maintain product purity and safety.

Damaged, Lost, and Order Cancellations

1. Damaged or Wrong Items Received

If the Product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Defective

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at service@janusoptimize.com

We may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Partial store credit

  • Re-shipment (case-by-case)

We may request:

  • Photos

  • Lot/batch number

  • Packaging evidence

2. Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit, we will assist you, but we do not guarantee replacement. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Legal action for fraud
