Hexarelin (Examorelin) is a highly potent growth hormone secretagogue that activates the ghrelin (GHS-R1a) receptor to produce strong, sustained increases in endogenous growth hormone release, resulting in downstream effects on muscle protein synthesis, metabolic rate, and body composition.
